Yoga Over Blue Ridge

I wanted to take an opportunity to give Ashlee props a shout-out. I am a beginner Yogi, my husband is more of the expert, but she made the experience at Ott Vineyards - Cabernet and Namaste event simply amazing. I almost made it through the whole session, It wasn't her it was the heat! She was amazing. Very empowering and truly helped free our minds of the daily grind!

Ashlee is absolutely amazing! A phenomenal instructor and an amazing business woman who runs not one...but 2 yoga studios and a juice bar! Her classes vary from beginner to advance, and she will walk you through a yoga nidra restoration class or a power flow class leaving you feeling like you've gotten one of the best workouts in your life. Do yourself a favor and give a class a shot. You mind and body will thank you!

Love this yoga studio! I'm a yoga newbie, but the instructors and students have made me feel welcome. All of the instructors are fantastic. It is great to find kindred spirits in Blue Ridge.
